Provide legal support across International Networks & DTC in EMEA and APAC, negotiating and drafting distribution, content acquisition, advertising and sponsorship agreements; advise on marketing and consumer law; act as primary legal adviser for IMD third-party channel distribution into the US; support product launches and projects; monitor and advise on regional regulatory developments (copyright, advertising, compliance); and collaborate with IP, Litigation, Privacy and Employment teams.

The Director oversees legal and business affairs for unscripted productions, managing contracts, compliance, rights analysis, and collaborations with internal teams.
