Provide legal/regulatory advice for Morningstar's European operations: identify regulatory risks, support new business lines, interact with regulators, lead responses to examinations, guide Compliance on investigations, and develop regulatory training and policies.

Provide legal analysis and support for European structured finance and fund finance transactions. Review and summarise transaction documents, advise rating analysts and committees on legal risks, manage external counsel reviews, monitor legislation and case law, and contribute to drafting legal criteria and rating methodology commentary. Represent DBRS with market participants and support preparation of rating reports.

Provide regulatory strategy and legal advice for Morningstar's European operations, support new business development, manage regulatory interactions and investigations, advise on compliance and internal investigations, develop regulatory training, and monitor regulatory changes affecting EMEA regulated businesses.
