Support management of a client portfolio from inception to dissolution, ensure statutory filings and registers are maintained, prepare board packs and minutes, manage correspondence, complete compliance files, liaise with local and international clients and colleagues, assist on ad-hoc projects, and work with finance and other internal teams.

Provide company secretarial support for a portfolio of client entities involved in loans, securitisations, real estate and restructurings. Maintain statutory filings and corporate records, prepare board packs and minutes, coordinate transactions with clients and intermediaries, manage KYC and compliance reviews, update internal databases, support invoicing/time recording, and assist with onboarding, incorporations and regulatory submissions.
