Provide regulatory legal advice for Clearpay and European lending products with emphasis on UK consumer credit; identify and mitigate regulatory risks; support product, compliance and commercial teams; engage with regulators (including FCA); support licensing and regulatory applications; monitor and advise on legislative developments and build cross-functional relationships to scale compliant lending solutions.
