As the Head of People Technology at Chainlink Labs, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of technology that supports the people team at each stage of the employee life cycle. You will strategize and implement technology, processes, and programs to help people succeed. You will own People Technology’s roadmap and vision and cross team, company wide initiatives.
