The Manager, People Success is responsible for leading and managing key transactional and compliance processes executed across the employee life cycle as well as enhancing the employee experience at Blackline. They will develop and manage the end-to-end employee life cycle processes, partner with cross-functional teams, lead the People Success team, optimize HRIS systems, and ensure effective communication of process changes.
