Benchmark pay across functions and locations, build pay structures and guidelines, run annual salary and budgeting cycles, deliver reward projects, advise leaders on market pricing and role evaluations, monitor competitive trends, and create communications to educate leaders and employees.

Lead DEI across the People function by partnering with COEs and business leaders to diagnose inclusion gaps, design and deliver DEI programs and training, manage global DEI reporting and compliance, build measurement and dashboards, support ERGs, and shape the DEI strategy with measurable accountability.
