Leads high-volume early-career recruitment across the US, Canada, and Dublin, managing sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff. Builds university relationships, campus events, diversity initiatives, employer branding, candidate communications, vendor partnerships, recruitment calendars, and data-driven reporting. Partners with talent acquisition leaders, business stakeholders, and hiring managers to meet internship, apprenticeship, and graduate hiring goals.

Serves as the strategic HR partner for leadership teams across three global labels. Leads workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, compensation guidance, change initiatives, employee relations, compliance, people analytics, HR programs, and budget alignment. Requires strong stakeholder influence, senior-level HRBP experience, multi-jurisdictional employment law knowledge, and experience supporting HR as a client function.
