Partner with managers to deliver end-to-end international HR services including employee relations, workforce planning, performance and compensation processes, freelance governance, HR operations and payroll coordination. Coach managers, manage complex employee relations, support talent and development programs, supervise an HR Coordinator, and drive HR process improvement across multiple jurisdictions.

Support international HR operations by maintaining HRIS data, processing payroll inputs, coordinating onboarding and leavers, managing freelance contracts, producing HR reports, tracking visas and travel, and acting as first point of contact for HR queries. Work closely with Payroll, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance and Global Mobility, and support HR programmes and system rollouts.
