Supports global HR strategy execution across UK&I by managing HR transformation projects, plans, budgets, governance, risks, stakeholder communications, and change adoption. The role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, uses data and analytics to improve HR services, and helps implement AI, self-service tools, and modern people processes.

Supports total reward strategy across UK and international businesses by analyzing compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs. Owns Workday reward reporting, data quality, configuration, and process improvements. Produces dashboards and insights, supports annual reward cycles, benchmarking, job architecture, incentive modeling, and benefits optimization. Partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders to improve processes, communicate recommendations, and deliver reward projects.
