Lead People Success strategy and execution across EMEA by partnering with business leaders and HRBPs on talent, leadership, performance, and capability priorities. Translate global initiatives into locally relevant programs, use workforce analytics to guide talent decisions, coach senior leaders, and influence enterprise People & Culture solutions. The role also supports AI-enabled workforce transformation and operates across complex, multicultural environments.

Leads employee relations across EMEA, advising leaders on complex cases, performance management, policy interpretation, investigations, grievances, and workplace risk. Manages the France Works Council, oversees case management and analytics, develops ER programs and manager training, and ensures compliance with employment regulations across the UK, Germany, France, Spain, and the Netherlands. Partners cross-functionally to improve organizational efficiency, engagement, and risk mitigation.
