Coordinates candidate interviews, schedules and hosts onsite visits, communicates with candidates and hiring teams, maintains accurate ATS records, produces tracking reports, and supports recruiting team projects. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, multitasking, analytical problem-solving, and at least one year of administrative, operations, support, or similar experience. The role requires working in the office two to three days per week.

The People Relations Specialist will manage workplace investigations, provide HR advice, develop training, and ensure employee relations best practices.

Partner with a product or business team to own the full hiring lifecycle: craft job descriptions, source candidates, design interviews, close offers, and evaluate hiring processes. Embed with stakeholders, surface exceptional talent through diverse channels, and apply data-driven process improvements to meet fast-changing team needs.
