Execute core rates cash and derivative trades for LDI, fundamental and index fixed income teams. Provide best execution on IRS, futures, auctions and e-trading; manage orders and workflow; support bespoke derivative transactions and CSA valuation; liaise with PMs, sell-side and counterparties; deliver market intelligence and improve trading workflows using data and automation.

Support private asset settlements and lifecycle activities, maintain IBOR for alternative investments, onboard new mandates, manage cash/position reconciliations, liaise with portfolio managers, legal, tax and external agents, and implement risk-mitigating controls and process improvements using technology and data-driven solutions.

Support portfolio monitoring for European mid-market private debt: prepare portfolio reviews, monitor borrower covenants and financials, model upsizes/amendments, maintain investment database, assist due diligence and investor reporting, and coordinate with risk, legal, valuation and operations teams.

Manage index commodity and synthetic equity derivative portfolios, oversee exposure, cash and liquidity, apply quantitative models for construction and risk budgeting, launch and modify portfolios, perform risk and performance attribution, build investment platform, and support client communication and sales.

Support underwriting and execution of venture and growth debt transactions, including credit analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, structuring, documentation, portfolio monitoring, valuations, and investor reporting while coordinating stakeholders.

Lead product strategy for Fundamental Fixed Income (focus on Investment Grade credit), liaise between PMs and client-facing teams, support sales and thought leadership, produce pitches/RFPs/market commentary, defend and grow AUM, tailor product positioning, and supervise junior strategists while solving product and client issues across the firm.

The Associate will support underwriting, execution, and management of infrastructure investments, focusing on secondaries and co-investments in Europe, while conducting market research and developing financial models.
