Manage statutory financial reporting and audit processes for international entities. Coordinate with auditors, third-party accountants, tax, legal, and cross-functional teams; prepare financial statements and external filings under US GAAP and local GAAP; assess accounting pronouncements; explain variances; maintain reporting processes; and support accounting projects and analyses.
