Supports Hilton’s EMEA Real Estate & Asset Management team through hotel capex reporting, ROI analysis, real estate transaction underwriting, portfolio performance analysis, investment committee materials, and strategic capital planning. The role builds financial models, evaluates hotel performance and asset enhancement opportunities, coordinates stakeholder inputs, monitors project variances, and provides recommendations to senior leadership. It requires strong Excel, analytical, financial modeling, communication, and hospitality finance skills.
