Provide Tier 2 support and technical escalation for GFS applications, diagnose incidents across application, database and infrastructure layers, lead major incident responses, perform advanced Microsoft SQL Server troubleshooting and performance tuning, support releases and automation, maintain runbooks and documentation, and drive reliability and operational improvements in a regulated financial environment.

Provide Tier 2 support and systems engineering for document management platforms (Laserfiche/iManage). Lead enterprise and hybrid cloud architecture strategy and governance. Define reference architectures, hybrid cloud roadmaps, and guardrails. Guide Nutanix private cloud integration, evaluate Azure/AWS/GCP services, enable self-service platforms, mentor architects and engineers, and support executive decision-making to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable platform solutions.
