Lead certification projects for personal flotation devices (PFDs) across CE, PPE Regulation, and MED programs. Manage project scope, costs, timelines, testing programs, client interactions, laboratory coordination, technical reporting, and compliance remediation. Provide technical leadership, develop new test methods, represent the organization in industry forums, and mentor engineering and lab staff. Travel to client sites as required.

Perform hands-on Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) testing of wireless devices, set up customer site labs, review test plans, assist engineers with data analysis and report writing, maintain accreditation standards and accurate work records, and meet customer delivery requirements.
