Lead end-to-end product design for Affirm’s UK, international, and global post-purchase experiences across web and app. Define problem spaces, design direction, success metrics, and customer journeys while partnering with product, engineering, data, research, and content teams. Use research, analytics, and experimentation to improve outcomes, contribute to design systems, facilitate decisions, and mentor designers. The role is remote-first in the UK and focuses on creating clear, trustworthy financial experiences.
