Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations across EMEA. Translate requirements into implementation plans, orchestrate cross-functional teams and external partners, advise on integrations with ERP/HRIS/accounting systems, troubleshoot integrations, create playbooks, and influence product roadmap to improve implementation outcomes.

Serve as the technical owner and trusted advisor for enterprise customers, guiding API/SDK/webhook integrations, diagnosing complex issues, leading technical escalations and QBRs, and using product and commercial data to drive adoption, expansion and retention while coordinating across Product, Engineering, Compliance and Commercial teams.

Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers by driving product adoption, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinating with support and product teams, running outreach and lifecycle marketing campaigns, and advocating for customer needs to reduce churn and meet growth KPIs.
