Manage a distributed team of seven Strategic Account Managers focused on retention and growth of mid-market/enterprise sellers. Provide 1:1 coaching, performance management, escalation support, cross-functional advocacy with product teams, and lead process and program improvements to drive revenue and operational efficiencies.

Partner with SMB merchants across the UK to reduce churn and grow accounts by deploying retention strategies, negotiating, advising on product adoption, and collaborating with Sales, Support, Product, and Analytics.
