Serve as a technical advisor for global strategic advertisers, driving pre- and post-sales activities including technical discovery, solution design, demos, onboarding, training, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate adoption and customer outcomes.

Manage technical onboarding for newly-signed customers, collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to create tailored onboarding plans, train customers on platform features, set up reporting and automations, and own execution to drive product adoption and successful long-term partnerships.

Own and grow a book of paid-social advertising customers, provide consultative strategy and technical support, run product trials, liaise with platform partners (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok), and feed product insights back to internal teams to drive retention and growth.
