Lead post-sale customer implementations of Samsara’s IoT technology. Responsibilities include developing project plans, conducting solution workshops, managing change processes, delivering training and demonstrations, resolving implementation obstacles, and coordinating with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product. The role manages more than 20 concurrent implementations, builds relationships with executive and operational stakeholders, and requires travel to customer sites up to 30% of the time. Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
