Provide customer-facing email deliverability consulting, including ticket management, troubleshooting, audits, blocklist and spam-trap remediation, IP-warming plans, reputation monitoring, performance analysis, and long-term deliverability strategy. Manage a portfolio of customers receiving paid deliverability services and collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Growth teams on strategic projects, process improvements, product maturity, thought leadership, and customer education.
