A leading multinational company in global entertainment is seeking an experienced Writing and Content Manager to join their team and lead efforts in developing, implementing, and refining content policies tailored to diverse audiences and markets.

About the Role:
As a Writing and Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our content aligns with global regulations, cultural nuances, and industry standards while maintaining a positive user experience. This is a leadership position that involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to create, monitor, and enforce content policies, ensuring compliance and fostering trust with our audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and stay updated on local regulations, cultural nuances, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and content teams to develop and refine content policies.
  • Work with regional teams to localize policies for different countries and audiences.
  • Analyze regulatory frameworks and societal norms to ensure compliance and adaptability.
  • Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders regarding content policy matters.
  • Communicate policy updates, enforcement actions, and compliance requirements effectively.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor industry feedback and emerging trends to proactively address content-related challenges.


Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in content policy development, especially in the streaming or digital media industry.
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks and content moderation practices.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
