Worldwide Regional Account Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive regional enterprise sales by acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and execute account strategies and sales plans for key regional clients
  • Conduct sales meetings and proactively identify customer needs to close business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including customer acquisition, retention, and account development
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal preparation, and pricing development
  • Ensure smooth account onboarding and activation after contract closure
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 3+ years of sales experience (B2B or industrial sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with solid customer management ability
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
