About the Role
As our first Workplace Operations Manager in London, you’ll own the daily logistics of our London office while supporting EMEA expansion. Reporting to our Workplace Lead in Paris, you’ll ensure our workspace is functional, welcoming, and aligned with Mistral’s culture.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management & Culture

  • Maintain a productive, inclusive, and friendly work environment for all Mistralers
  • Ensure seamless operations of the London office
  • Support EMEA colleagues with office maintenance and logistics
  • Serve as the primary contact for all office-related inquiries
  • Organize community events, meetings, and activities to strengthen our culture

Stakeholder & Operations Coordination

  • Manage supplier relationships (food, maintenance, cleaning, access control)
  • Oversee visitor experience, including welcoming, mail, and deliveries
  • Act as the onsite point of contact for maintenance, shipping, inventory, and deliveries
Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 4+ years in Office Management, Workplace Operations, or Event Management (startup/scale-up experience preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and ticketing systems
  • Fluency in French is a strong plus
