As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will ensure that essential workplace functions continue seamlessly, particularly in the areas of welcoming our team and guests at the front desk, facility management, health and safety, office maintenance, vendor and event management, and employee onboarding at our office in Vienna. You will closely cooperate with the global Workplace Experience team and play a vital role in driving exceptional employee experiences.

  • Front Desk - Provide comprehensive local office and front‑desk support by managing visitor services, preparing workshops, ensuring onsite facility service quality, and delivering an exceptional welcome experience for employees and guests.
  • Service-Oriented - This role is ideal for someone who thrives as the first point of contact and enjoys interacting with people in a dynamic office environment. Front desk duties will be the primary focus, with all additional responsibilities managed while ensuring an excellent and consistent front‑of‑house presence.
  • Facility Management - Oversee daily workplace operations, maintaining facility service quality, managing vendors, and keeping supplies and shared spaces organized and functional.
  • Collaborate closely with your global colleagues on projects to further develop employee satisfaction and drive their evolution. Furthermore, alignment and cooperation with the Finance team on expenses, onboarding new vendors, and preparatory invoicing.
  • Future way of work concept - continuously improving our office space planning, being a true ambassador for the local Dynatrace hybrid community, nurturing work relationships, and building social engagements.
  • Optimize the atmosphere in the office to provide an outstanding experience. Work closely with property management to ensure the work environment meets the highest standards.
  • Internal Event Organization - tailored to the needs of your office location in alignment with the Global Workplace Experience team.

Compensation and Rewards

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €46,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h / week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
