About Nothing

Nothing exists to make tech feel exciting again.

We’re building a different kind of technology company, one that puts design, emotion, and human creativity at the heart of everything we do. From the way our products look and feel to how we communicate and show up in culture, we believe technology should make you feel something.

Founded in London in 2020, we’ve grown from idea to global challenger in just a few years. Backed by GV (Google Ventures), EQT Ventures, and C Ventures, and investors like Tony Fadell (iPod), Casey Neistat, and Kevin Lin (Twitch), we’re now sold in 40+ markets with millions of users worldwide.

About the Team

Our Workplace team is responsible for the environment where Nothing is built. We don’t just manage desks; we design the atmosphere that sparks emotion and fuels creation. The team is currently solving the challenge of scaling our physical culture across two London sites while maintaining the fast-paced, independent spirit that defines us. We are moving away from the static, grey offices of legacy tech to create a space that feels human, useful, and sharp.

 What You'll Do
  • Drive the daily operations of our UK offices to ensure the team has everything they need to build something better.
  • Scale our office standards by managing external vendors and contractors, ensuring our physical space reflects our design-led identity.
  • Collaborate on People Team initiatives that directly impact how our employees experience life at Nothing.
  • Navigate complex space planning and desk layouts as our London headcount continues to grow.
  • Own the office facilities budget, ensuring we spend pragmatically while never compromising on the quality of our environment.
  • Act as the primary bridge between the office and senior leadership, communicating updates with clarity and directness.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant workplace by overseeing health, safety, and security protocols across all sites.
 What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience running workplace operations in a fast-paced startup where you had to move fast and take full ownership.
  • A pragmatic problem-solver who sees a friction point in the office and fixes it before anyone else notices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a drive for excellence in every corner of the workplace.
  • A confident communicator who can speak plainly with everyone from interns to senior leadership.
  • Strong vendor management skills and the ability to build professional, action-oriented relationships with external partners.
  • An adaptable mindset that thrives on the new and unfamiliar, with a curiosity to learn how a challenger brand scales.
  • Proactive energy that doesn't wait for a manual but instead creates the documentation and policies we need for the future.
 How We Work

We build better tech by moving fast. That speed demands direct collaboration and shared creative energy. We believe the best work happens when we're together. -Location: London (Kings Cross & Farringdon offices). -Working Pattern: This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days a week). We move fast, and that means being physically present. We design flexibility around personal needs, but we focus on the magic that sparks when we’re all in the same room. -Commute: We ask that you live within a 60-minute commute of your home office location.
