We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our award winning team in Middlesbrough (UK), home to the beautiful North Yorkshire coastline and countryside. This role is a 15 month FTC, with a predicted start date of May 2026 acting as Maternity cover.

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator at Double Eleven, you’ll report to and support the Workplace Experience Manager in shaping our Company wide events, Studio Facilities and Business Operations with a focus on enhancing our teams wellbeing and experience at work. You’ll oversee the daily operational activities, ensuring a seamless experience and a productive, safe and engaging work environment for all employees. You’ll be responsible for coordinating a wide variety of events including our team monthly social events, team building events, regular milestone celebration events, annual and seasonal cultural celebrations. 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking and management skills, coupled with a passion for delivering a wide range of events that enhance the studio environment and energise a fast paced team. Our goal is to ensure Double Eleven’s culture fosters collaboration, creativity and innovation, promoting engagement, productivity and enjoyment at work.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create an engaging and inclusive workplace experience that enables people to do their best work
  • Plan and deliver a wide range of company events, from social activities to larger scale corporate events, both onsite and offsite
  • Support our team members and partners with global business travel planning and logistics
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through targeted initiatives and programmes
  • Conduct employee engagement survey to utilise data and feedback in gauging workplace satisfaction, adjusting operations as needed to meet employee needs and expectations
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, authoring content that enhances the workplace experience and supports stakeholders
  • Manage external vendors and partners, ensuring strong relationships and high quality service delivery
  • Respond calmly and effectively to urgent issues, analysing problems and implementing practical solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to promote continuous improvement, innovation and best practice

What to expect

Working life at Double Eleven 

  • Start your day any time between 8:00am and 10:00am
  • 35 working hours per week with a 1 hour lunch break (with the opportunity to flex down to 30 minutes or up to 2 hours)
