The Team:
The Marketing Production & Creative Operations team is part of the Global Marketing Operations organization and partners closely with cross-functional teams. As the engine of our marketing production environment, we keep work moving smoothly across teams and agencies - bringing structure to a fast-paced setup by aligning priorities, streamlining workflows, and enabling efficient delivery at scale.
The Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Working Student to support our production operations. You will help improve production workflows, capacity planning, and operational efficiency across marketing teams. This is a hands-on role with exposure to real Marketing production challenges in a fast-paced environment.
The work you’ll do:
- Help manage the flow of work across creative and production teams bringing visibility to priorities, improving coordination, and supporting effective resource allocation
- Contribute to the delivery of marketing assets across campaigns, ensuring smooth execution, strong alignment with briefs, and high-quality outcomes
- Support the optimization of workflows and processes, helping to streamline collaboration and improve team productivity at scale
- Drive smarter ways of working by contributing to automation and AI-driven workflow improvements
- Leverage data and performance insights to continuously improve processes and production outcomes
- Enable stakeholders across Marketing to work more effectively by creating clear documentation, enablement materials and supporting training initiatives
The qualifications you need:
- Studies in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and structured working style
- Interest in operations, workflows, and production processes
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
- Organized, proactive, and a strong team player
- Fluent in English
