Working Student (Marketing- Paid Media)

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Paid Media Working Student to support our Global Paid Media team in managing and optimizing B2B campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.In this role, you will be actively supporting and learning how to work with Paid Search and Paid Social, gaining hands-on experience with global digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Global B2B Campaign Support

• Assist in the setup, execution, and monitoring of Paid Search (Google & Bing) and Paid Social (LinkedIn) campaigns.
• Support keyword research, targeting setup, ad copy creation, and creative coordination.
• Help manage timelines and deliverables for global campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Analyze campaign results from platform dashboards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
• Maintain documentation and assist in budget tracking.

Optimization & Quality Assurance

• Support A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
• Review campaigns to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and correct URL tracking.
• Monitor pacing and performance signals across multiple regions.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Global Campaigns team, Content, Web, and regional marketing teams.
• Coordinate creative and landing page requirements for campaign launches.

Education & Skills:

• Enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance reports.
• Good proficiency in Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) and PowerPoint.
• High interest in Paid Search, Paid Social, B2B marketing, digital advertising and AI.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
• Strong English skills (written and spoken) are required, as this is a global position.
• Basic familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Interest in demand generation and B2B marketing funnels.
