With Google Cloud Platform as our foundation, we help businesses future-proof their solutions, deepen their understanding of consumers, increase competitive advantage and unlock operational efficiencies.

As the Workforce Planning Lead, you won't just manage resources; you'll be the strategic force that optimises how we deliver our services to clients worldwide. You will take charge of our global delivery operations, building and leading a high-performing team that ensures our projects are not only successful but also profitable. This role is a unique opportunity to shape our operational strategy and directly influence company-wide success.

You will have the autonomy to design and implement new processes, working hand-in-hand with senior leaders in Sales, Delivery, and Finance to drive efficiency. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a knack for process improvement, and you thrive on using data to make critical decisions, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing: Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Team Management
  • Establish a Vision: Build and lead a new, global Delivery Operations team, made up of our current talented team members. Your leadership will define the team’s culture and operational model.

  • Drive Process Innovation: Design, implement, and continuously improve global resource management processes. You will be a key leader in optimizing how we staff projects, ensuring we have the right people in the right places at the right time.

  • Mentor and Develop: Guide and manage your team, providing them with the support and coaching needed to excel in their roles and grow their careers.

Global Resource & Capacity Management

  • Be a Proactive Planner: Conduct forward-looking capacity planning across all our global delivery teams (UK, Europe & Americas) and for all service lines (consulting, academy, managed services). You'll identify staffing gaps before they become a problem and work with leadership to build a robust pipeline of talent.

  • Orchestrate Project Success: Oversee resource assignments and requests, and partner with Delivery Managers to schedule projects for optimal delivery and client satisfaction.

Operational Excellence & Business Enablement
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Govern critical data in our systems to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. You will be the trusted source of truth for key business metrics.

  • Streamline Workflows: Collaborate with stakeholders across the company—from Sales to Finance—to refine standard operating procedures for the entire project lifecycle, from initial opportunity to final delivery and invoicing.

  • Elevate Our Reporting: Produce key reports and dashboards for company leadership and executives, providing them with the insights they need to make strategic, data-driven decisions. This includes monitoring and managing timecard submission, billing, and invoicing to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.

Who We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a management role, with a track record of leading and developing teams.

  • Proven experience in a global resource management function, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment.
