What you’ll be doing

As a Workforce Management Specialist, you’ll play a key support role in creating efficient schedules that help ensure smooth customer service operations. You’ll work alongside planning and intraday teams to maintain workforce processes across several countries. Your efforts will contribute to accurate scheduling, compliance, and forecasting.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Assist in creating and maintaining schedules based on business needs and guidelines to ensure optimal coverage and great customer service.
  • Help process time-off requests and manage planned absences.
  • Track and report on workforce metrics such as Scheduling Accuracy, Service Levels, adherence and occupancy
  • Support the implementation of new tools and processes from a scheduling and shift management perspective.
  • Coordinate with international teams on workforce-related tasks and be the change ambassador for the local team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in workforce management processes
  • Support updates and improvements to forecasting and staffing models

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities

  • Full professional proficiency in English
