About Invisors

As a professional services firm, our people are our brand: It’s mission-critical that we hire + nurture talent effectively. We pride ourselves on being flexible and innovative, with a passion for client satisfaction, and a relentless pursuit of improvement.  Most of our team joined Invisors from Workday Practices of larger global firms looking for an innovative and nimble culture that encourages new ideas and collaboration, free of red tape.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a healthy balance of college graduates, experienced enterprise professionals who have used Workday to perform their administrative responsibilities, and Workday-certified consultants who are authentic, empowered, and resilient.  More important than your Workday experience, our recruiting priority is to get to know you and ensure a culture fit.

About this Role

As an Invisors PATT (Payroll, Absence/Time Off, Time Tracking) Consultant, you will work closely with clients to deliver projects with one or more PATT modules in scope. This role will allow you to creatively solve complex problems, service clients in many industries, and mentor newer consultants. You will be the primary face of your workstream for your clients, so your contributions to the team will be visible and appreciated.

In addition to your client-facing role, every Invisors Consultant plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our processes, and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute on projects as well as contributing internally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

An Invisors PATT Consultant must:

  • Demonstrate Workday configuration skills in one or more PATT modules (Payroll, Absence/Time Off, Time Tracking) as well as project and industry experience such that they can manage client requirement meetings with minimal guidance.
  • Direct the activities of analysts associated with their project under the guidance of an architect.
  • Act as a Mentor for lower-level employees within the HCM practice.
  • Actively assist their direct supervisors and other leadership without needing to be asked.
  • Contribute to the internal goals of the HCM practice.

Relevant skills and experience:

  • 1+ Years of Workday experience in one more PATT modules and/or 1.5-3 years of Industry Experience in Human Resources/Payroll
  • Prior consulting experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
