As a Workday Extend Architect:

• Architect, design, develop, and implement new and existing Workday Extend use cases for both Workday HCM & Financials.

• Lead teams of Workday technical resources in the development of new and existing Workday Extend applications.

• Comprehend data integrations from point-to-point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information 

• Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of HR & Financial functional areas, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors  

• Collaborate with client and 3rd parties to develop technical solutions that support business processes 

• Closely follow the strategic direction set by client leadership when establishing Workday project goals 

• Collaborate with client counterparts to deliver shared objectives (including design and build activities) 

• Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary 

• Has some latitude in decision-making - acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments

We are looking for experience in the following skills: 

• Hands-on Workday Extend experience & Full lifecycle Workday Implementation

• Strong experience in leading global teams on Workday implementations

• Experience in Workday integration technologies such as Orchestrate and Workday Studio

• Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed, and efficiently manage virtual team and client interactions

• Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment and showing effective interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams

• Think analytically and effectively apply logic to solve problems

• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines despite conflicting demands

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements

• Strong desire to work with clients and provide exceptional client experiences

• Fluency in any one of the European Languages

• Existing and up to date Workday Extend and Integrations Partner Certifications

• Has consultancy experience and ability to work closely with a global team including offshore delivery teams
