About this Role

  • Consulting/Professional Services Experience – 5 to 8 years, Minimum Workday Ecosystem Experience – 3 years.

  • Has developed the project/industry/Workday experience to guide Invisors scope and design commitments with a client.

  • If in a functional or technical role, drives the planning for their area with Project Manager and Engagement Executive.

  • Proactively works with other project areas to develop solutions for requirements or planning challenges.  Does not simply advocate for their area, but develops the best solution for the project, client, and Invisors overall.

  • Assists in budgetary accountability for their projects via aligning to scope in SOW and accurately forecasting resource time. Works proactively and collaboratively to solve budgetary challenges

  • Viewed as a leader in their functional or technical team by their other team members and their executive team leader.

  • If on the PMO team, serves as Project Manager working directly for the Engagement Executive

  • Possesses situational awareness, can tailor the appropriate approach, and can deliver difficult messages effectively.

  • Provides direction, motivates, inspires confidence, and builds trust. Knows when to own the room and when not to.

  • Expert in methodology and how to intelligently apply to projects.

  • Is included in staffing decisions.

  • Leads or drives internal practice initiatives.
