Are you passionate about helping people navigate transformation? Do you thrive at the intersection of technology, communication, and organizational change? Parexel is seeking a Workday Change Management Specialist to support successful Workday system adoption across our global organization.

As our Workday Change Management Specialist, you'll be a change management professional who contributes to ensuring that Parexel's Workday HCM platform drives real value for our employees worldwide. You'll work as a collaborative team member who helps employees experience critical HR systems and processes effectively.

In this role, you will:
  • Support change adoption initiatives that help Parexel's workforce interact effectively with technology, ensuring smooth transitions and positive user experiences across the globe

  • Develop communications through multi-channel approaches—including targeted emails, engaging videos, and interactive SharePoint resources—that help employees understand changes and how to succeed

  • Collaborate with Workday experts, HR leaders, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align change activities with business objectives and technical timelines

  • Use AI tools to help create training materials and support resources that resonate with diverse audiences

  • Monitor adoption metrics, gather user feedback, and contribute recommendations that support continuous improvement

  • Share change management best practices and learn from peers to strengthen change leadership capabilities across Parexel

  • Maintain knowledge of Workday HCM features, participate in user communities, and identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience

What We're Looking For:

Your Background:

  • 2-3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, communications, or training—ideally supporting technology implementations or enterprise system rollouts

  • Working knowledge of Workday HCM

  • Ability to develop communications and training materials for diverse, global audiences

  • Familiarity with change management best practices for technology adoption

  • Experience working in cross-functional, distributed team environments

Your Skills:

  • Communication Excellence: You write clearly and effectively, tailoring messaging for different audiences and explaining complex processes in straightforward terms

  • Project Coordination: You manage multiple priorities competently, keeping initiatives on track while maintaining attention to detail

  • Technical Proficiency: You're comfortable with SharePoint for content management, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and screen capture tools like SnagIt for creating visual training materials

  • AI-Enabled Approach: You're open to using emerging technologies and AI tools to support content creation, data analysis, and workflow optimization

  • Analytical Thinking: You can review adoption data, identify patterns, and contribute to evidence-based improvements

  • Relationship Building: You're a collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies

Your Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and organizational structure

  • Familiarity with adoption metrics and data review

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Workday or HR technology certifications a plus
