- What the role will entail

A wonderful opportunity to assist Knight Frank with the transition and evolution of the new Workday system into BAU. Having implemented most modules and a few additional modules in the pipeline, this is a great chance to work with a brand-new team to improve and embed Workday.

- What you will be responsible for

  • Support configuration, testing, and maintenance of Workday modules.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

  • Help manage Workday data accuracy through audits and reporting.

  • Support system updates and releases, including testing and documentation.

  • Collaborate with senior analysts to enhance system functionality.

  • Maintain process documentation and user guides.

  • Respond to day-to-day HR queries for the Operations team and assist in system administration tasks.

-What experience you will need

 The ideal candidate will have:

  • Hands on configuration of multiple HR Workday modules

  • Experience streamlining HR processes and workflows

  • Understanding of Workday security and access roles

  • Ability to build and maintain basic reports and dashboard

  • Skills in requirements gathering and documenting user needs

  • Experience assisting with testing activities and logging issues, and support resolution.

  • Involvement and understanding of Workday’s bi-annual release cycles and update testing

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to support data audits and cleaning activities

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the capability to:

  • Assist in updating and testing Workday configuration accurately

  • Complete and validate EIBs for data uploads and corrections

  • Help investigate and resolve basic configuration or data issues within Workday

  • Contribute to maintaining user guides and process documentation

  • Respond to and resolve team queries efficiently

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support enhancements and new features

  • Suggest idea to improve user experience and process efficiency as knowledge develops.

  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills within the Workday platform and broader HR technology landscape.
