Future FWD is back for its second year – and it’s bigger and better than ever. Created by dentsu Sports International (DSI), this UK-based programme is built to open doors, spark ideas and give you a proper inside track into the world of sports and entertainment marketing, whilst being able to share with us latest Gen Z thoughts and insights that the sports and entertainment industry need to be aware of. Future FWD creates opportunities and shapes the next generation of sports marketing talent.
We know it can be tough breaking into this space – especially if you don’t already have connections or experience. Future FWD exists to change that. It’s here to help you grow, gain confidence and start building a career with impact.

Job Description:
We welcome and encourage applications from UK-based candidates aged 18–24 (at the time of application).
Over six months (23 total hours), you’ll get access to:

A place on the Introduction to Sponsorship Course with the European Sponsorship Association (online course)

One-to-one mentoring from experienced professionals

In-person workshop with experts from DSI across strategy, creative, insights, partnerships and more

The chance to publish your perspective on dentsu Sports International’s channels
This is your opportunity to get stuck in, learn from those already working in the industry and share your voice too.
We’re looking for bright minds with bold ideas – people who want to shape the future of fan-first marketing.
It’s not all PowerPoints either! – you’ll build real relationships, make lasting connections and get a sense of what working in this industry is really like – from the inside.
