WiseWomenCode - Budapest

WiseWomenCode is a unique experience designed to increase the diversity of the technology sector by providing support, guidance and opportunities to women and non-binary individuals who are eager to kickstart their careers in the tech world.

This 3-day immersive program is packed with hands-on workshops, job shadowing and networking opportunities, all aimed at boosting your confidence and skills, whilst helping you to explore the different technical paths within the fintech industry. 

Join us at our Budapest office between 18-20 of February 2026, where you'll connect with industry leaders, collaborate side-by-side with different technical specialists, and gain insights from our experts - all in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

We invite applications from tech students, recent career changers and individuals returning to work after a career break.

If you’re based in Hungary, passionate about tech and ready to dive into some coding, WiseWomenCode is for you.

How to apply?

We ask for your resume and a 1 page cover letter answering to the following:

• Are you available to join the WiseWomenCode program on the specific dates mentioned?

• Please tell us about your proudest achievement (around 200 words)

Please note that the following mandatory questions are not taken into consideration when applying for this program, but must be completed to finalise your submission.
