Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Wholesale Sales Intern to be based in London, UK. This is a paid internship. The internship runs from the 8th June 2026 to 28th August 2026. You must be available for the whole duration of the programme. The role will close on Monday 30th March at 10am.

 

This internship role is designed to give hands-on ownership and experience across several critical commercial and category execution projects For Red Bull in Impulse, to help us deliver our customer strategic priorities and align towards out 3 races. The role will:

 

1.Support our field presence, awareness and execution to ensure we out pace monster by “owning the category” at the point of purchase through “Perfect Store”.  Energy Zone roll out across the RDC’s, leading this project and executing it will be critical to our success with Spar & Bestway Retail but integral to the 3 races.

 

2. Hep us become Spar/Bestway Retail Category lead by implementing a category project with one RDC that is to then be rolled out across the rest.  This will consist of leading a Category Brochure that is distributed to the RDC’s retail network.

 

 3. Linking back to the advantage survey results, create a project stream working with the customer and our supply teams by setting up new WOW with the customer on supply, tracking performance, service levels, communicating effectively ensuring compliance, and leading clearly defined execution initiatives across key retail partners.

Job Description

Field Sales & Store Execution – ENERGY ZONE PROJECT

 Lead a project to implement and execute Energy Zones in Blakemore & Costcutter, liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to successfully create zones within targeted stores, create tracking documents to monitor ROI of the zones, including ROS trackers to demonstrate volume uplift and commercia value to then roll out across the other RDCs and stores.  Support Energy Zone execution by auditing stores, tracking compliance, and highlighting execution gaps.

Support field sales initiatives by checking and reporting on Joint Business Plan (JBP) compliance.

Track category range review implementation, including, share of shelf, listings and competitor presence.

Perfect Store execution

Category & Range Projects – CATEGORY LEAD BROCHURE/MAGAZINE

Project lead a Category brochure/magazine that goes out to Blakemore’s retailers (independent and BR) as a neutral category partner with a Red Bull Voice overlaid.

Work with internal and external stakeholders (category, shopper marketing, ecomm, AFB marketing, buying) to create a customer facing category magazine that educated and supports retailers on the ever-changing landscape.  This allows us to speak directly to the outlets, to make changes at ground level, get buy in and support our 3 races.

Execute the magazine from conception to distribution and then gain customer feedback on its value and include creating a tracking document to measure success which includes “before Vs now”. Act as a support lead on the Energy category within Blakemore, liaising with customer and internal category teams.

Lead and support range review implementation and planogram compliance, ensuring agreed ranges are executed correctly in store. Assist in delivering the mission to outpace Monster by tracking distribution, space, and execution quality.

Supply & Cross-Functional Support

Investigate the gaps based on feedback on our supply service levels and create a plan that directly and positively address the gaps to improve customer satisfaction, delivery of goods and therefore presence within the market to attack our 3 key races.

Create a customer focused new WOW to support supply teams both internally and externally, including new comms, tracking availability and execution issues.

Work with demand planning to review forecasting accuracy and set up WOW to receive fortnightly forecasting from the RDC’s that feed into demand planning and supply.

Review and plan accordingly on how we work better with indirect volume in SPAR to support FA and supply as well as the commercial overview at Central level.

Work closely with sales, category, and supply teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

A team player and a desire to want to make a difference.

Strong organisational and analytical skills,

Confident working with data and reporting tools (Excel/Sheets essential),

Clear communicator, comfortable working with multiple teams, feeding in with clear updates to myself and other stakeholders but also able to follow guidance and execute at affectively at speed.

Proactive, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of defined projects.
