We are currently recruiting for a Wholesale Operations Manager to be the driving force behind all operational activity within Harrods’ International Wholesale division, ensuring seamless processes from order flow to partner delivery.

About the Role

As Wholesale Operations Manager, you’ll take full ownership of end‑to‑end operational processes across the International Wholesale function. Acting as the central link between multiple teams, you’ll ensure that orders, shipments, compliance requirements, and internal workflows run accurately and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with Logistics, QA, Finance, Merchandising and wider teams to ensure timely execution of partner requirements.
  • Managing and developing a team of Wholesale Executives, including daily oversight and workload prioritisation.
  • Implementing and maintaining efficient operational procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and traceability.
  • Acting as the first point of escalation for operational or compliance issues while driving continuous process improvements.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role.

With a proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset, you bring both operational expertise and the calm, collaborative approach needed to support a growing international function.

You will bring:

  • Experience in wholesale operations, supply chain, or a similar role.
