What’s the role about?

We’re looking for a commercially driven Wholesale & Franchise Manager to lead the trading, allocation and growth of the Reiss collection across our global wholesale and franchise partners. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, optimising range selection, and developing strong, long-term partner relationships while identifying new commercial opportunities. Working closely with Product, Buying, Merchandising and partner buying teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the Wholesale & Franchise business and supporting its continued growth.

Who you are

  • Commercially savvy with strong experience in wholesale or franchise trading.
  • Proven people manager, with experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
  • Confident building and managing senior-level relationships with global partners.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to forecast, plan and trade effectively.
  • Strategic and proactive, with experience identifying and delivering growth opportunities.
  • A strong communicator and collaborator who works effectively across Product, Buying, Merchandising and Operations teams.

What you’ll be doing

  • Establishing and executing a commercial strategy to drive revenue and growth across Wholesale & Franchise.
  • Managing and developing relationships with existing partners while identifying and onboarding new accounts aligned to the Reiss brand.
  • Driving and maintaining the Wholesale & Franchise critical path in line with the Reiss Mainline calendar.
  • Managing the end-to-end wholesale market process, both in-house and virtually via NuOrder.
  • Owning Wholesale & Franchise budgets and producing pre- and post-buy analysis to support balanced range building.
  • Forecasting line-level buy quantities and available-to-sell for key partners.
  • Leading in-season trading by identifying opportunities, pushing available stock and maximising department sell-out.
  • Providing clear sales, intake and stock forecasts while ensuring Mainline teams have full visibility of Wholesale & Franchise commitments.
  • Managing allocation, dispatch, metadata and imagery requirements across the Wholesale & Franchise portfolio.
  • Building strong partnerships across Product, Merchandising, Warehouse and partner teams.
  • Acting as a coach to develop team capability, supporting training and encouraging positive collaboration across the wider business.
