The Role:
 
Reporting to the Director of Wholesale & Franchise you will possess a sound knowledge of the needs of your assigned accounts and partners and knowledge of the relevant multi-brand stores and buyers. You will be responsible for selling Mulberry’s collections through our showroom and remaining informed of current distribution. You will analyse and drive sales, and be responsible for the day-to-day management of your accounts.

This role offers Hybrid Working with at least 3 days per week working from the office and maximum 2 days from home. (Except during market/peak periods). Additional travel to key partners will be required.
 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
 
Franchise:
 
·       Maintain the relationship with designated franchise partners, ensuring regular communication and management in order to optimise business for both parties.
·       Ensure that all Franchise partnerships champion Mulberry global retail best practice across all areas of their business:
o   Brand, Service and Product Training
o   Mulberry Customer Experience roll out
o   Retail Operations excellence
o   Omni Channel
o   CRM
·       Engage Franchise regions in retail development projects, such as traffic, omni and other retail lead initiatives
·       Support new store openings
 
Wholesale:

·       Plan budgets and seasonal sales forecasts by customer.
·       Meet and exceed sales objectives whenever possible.
·       Monitor deliveries by customer and by country in accordance with the overall company strategy and brand positioning.
·       Establish, maintain and expand customer portfolios in line with brand positioning and credit line. Manage data and update seasonally.
·       Organise the sales appointments each season, in line with the sales campaign with clients.
·       Have an expert knowledge of the product at all levels, dates of delivery and any other relevant information in order to deliver the best information to clients at any time.
·       Increase business opportunities in the assigned markets or accounts.

Skills and Experience Required:
 
·       Previous experience in a Franchise, Wholesale or Business Development role at Manager level.
·       Previous experience in luxury fashion & leather goods preferred (can be from a retail environment)
·       Excellent communication skills and strong numerical ability.
·       Dynamic, proactive, assertive and adaptable personality
·       Ability to build and maintain strong and stable relationships
·       Good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel (V lookup/ Pivot).
