The Role:
As Wholesale Assistant you will support and assist the team to oversee, maintain and grow both existing and new wholesale accounts globally. Delivering outstanding day-to-day customer management and experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Support to manage, nurture, and build relationships with accounts.
· Deliver outstanding day-to-day client management and experience.
· Handling day-to-day queries, orders and top up processing, weekly ST reports, brand/staff training and order confirmations.
· Processing orders on Nuorder platform during sales campaign, ensuring that confirmations are shared with clients in a timely manner, to achieve the books close dates.
· Support to execute seasonal sales campaigns in London and Paris – organising showroom set-ups, managing the creation of line sheets in Nu order and processing order forms.
· Hosting in person wholesale appointments to introduce the collection to buyers in order to build and place orders.
· Oversee wholesale shipments, ensuring shipments are processed within any agreed delivery dates, taking corrective action as necessary and to communicate any delays or issues with orders to the relevant clients in a timely manner.
· Share and monitor pricing, markdowns and commercial actions to be aligned with Mulberry guideline policy in customer online platform and in stores.
· Monitor customer websites and social media that should be in line with online selling quality standards.
· Providing customer with marketing materials to support their use of social media.
· Report weekly, monthly, seasonally, and annually to line manager on sales, business performance and new opportunities.
· Ask and analyse sell-through and account performance.

Skills & Experience Required:
· In-house fashion brand experience essential.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
· Good Microsoft Office knowledge - Excel essential.
· Experience using Nu order advantageous.
· An excellent brand ambassador with great product/brand knowledge when representing Mulberry during international and domestic showrooms and events.
· Fluent in English, additional languages are advantageous.
