As the Western European Marketing Product Specialist for Haemorrhagic (HEMO) - Intrasaccular, you will be responsible to drive Market Share & therapy penetration. This includes overseeing product launches, sales enablement, marketing strategy, & post-market product performance. The role is tasked with ensuring that the Intrasaccular portfolio meets customer needs, delivers business goals & reaches its full market potential. The successful candidate must be a passionate & skilled marketer, a strong team player with a can-do mindset & relentless customer focus. A crucial part of this role will be to establish & maintain strong cross functional partnerships inc. Global, Region & country Marketing, field teams & Medical Education.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Shape and execute strategy across positioning, messaging, pricing, campaigns, and product launches in alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Gather and analyse voice-of-customer data, market trends, segmentation, and competitor activity to guide targeting and decisions
  • Act as the regional subject-matter expert, ensuring rapid communication of product updates and translating unmet needs into development priorities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders to capture insights and ensure solutions meet evolving needs
  • Equip sales teams with the right tools, training, and local adaptations of marketing strategies to effectively communicate value and win in the market
  • Track KPIs, report on product performance, forecast demand with key stakeholders, and apply learnings to improve future commercial impact

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Marketing Product Specialist with 3+ years Medical Device Marketing & launch experience at a regional level and track record of successful product commercialization & achieving revenue targets in MedTech
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from launch through post-market support as well as a general understanding of business & financial measures
  • Experience working with cross-functions such as marketing, sales, clinical, & regulatory to drive success
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, with the ability to engage with internal teams, customers, & external stakeholders in English (both verbal & written)
  • Ability to think strategically & execute tactically to drive product success in a highly competitive environment
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities & deliver results on time

Experience with Neurovascular technologies would be a clear advantage. We are looking for a team player, with a positive, “can-do” attitude, ability to collaborate across the team and personal accountability.
