What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong background in sports science, health and physical training to shape and oversee all wellness related programming across our health and fitness platforms. This role will set the strategic direction, style, and tone for the quality and consistency of training provided to our users.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Vision

Define and implement a unique, branded training approach that aligns with the company’s vision.

Continuously adapt and innovate based on industry trends and evolving user needs.

Content Oversight
-
Approve and ensure the quality of every class, program, workshop, and fitness plan.

Work closely with product leads to ensure that sports content aligns with digital product strategies and user expectations.

Adapt training programs to cultural and regional contexts, climates, age groups, fitness preferences. Monitor and comply with local regulations and constraints to maintain brand integrity and user trust in global markets.

Team Leadership

Build and lead a dedicated sports team, including FTEs and freelance experts, who specialize in fitness, wellness, and nutrition.

Ensure that trainers and experts hold the necessary certifications and licenses in compliance with regional legal requirements.

Oversee hiring, training, and evaluation of instructors to maintain brand consistency in teaching style and tone.

Allocate and oversee the financial resources required to create and maintain sports projects (payments to experts, licensing etc.)

Digital Collaboration

Partner with product leads to guide digital content development and maintain up-to-date market insights.

Initiate and manage sports campaigns such as seasonal or goal-oriented programs (e.g., “New Year, New Me”).

Engage thought leaders, fitness influencers, and medical professionals to co-create projects that enhance the overall value to users.

Required skills:

Proven experience as a fitness professional with training expertise.

Demonstrated strategic leadership in a fitness or sports-oriented business.

Strong familiarity with digital tools, trends, and user engagement strategies.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage a diverse team and coordinate cross-functionally.

Previous experience developing large-scale, user-centric fitness programs.

Health and Fitness education or certifications in sports medicine or related fields
-
Background in content creation for health or fitness apps.
