Role:

Knight Frank is seeking a Website Manager to enhance the performance and user experience of our global websites. • Ensure all pages and updates are delivered in line with UX page recipes, brand guidelines, and digital best practices

  • Collaborate with UX/UI and Content teams to maintain a consistent, user-focused digital experience

  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to continuously monitor and optimise website performance

  • Work with stakeholders to understand digital content needs and gather high-level requirements for new pages and features

  • Support the management of legacy platforms, while assisting in transitions to newer systems

  • Participate in bug triage sessions, supporting prioritisation and resolution of issues while keeping relevant teams informed

  • Provide guidance, documentation, and day-to-day support for CMS users across the business

  • Identify opportunities for testing, optimisation, and improved use of content components across key customer journeys

Key Experience Required:

  • Managing website content within enterprise-level CMS platforms, ideally Optimizely

  • Collaborating across digital, UX/UI, content, product and/or software teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences

  • Supporting and guiding stakeholders through web content creation, optimisation, and platform best practice

  • Championing SEO, accessibility, and brand consistency in all aspects of web delivery

  • Identifying opportunities for digital improvement, optimisation, and user-journey enhancement
