Webshop Development Manager

Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Webshop Development Manager (Shopify) for our office in Maidenhead.

• Own and shape the Shopify roadmap for a fast-growing D2C portfolio with global reach.
• Drive real commercial impact through CRO, UX and data-led optimisation.
• Work in an entrepreneurial, high-pace FMCG environment where ideas turn into action fast.
• Gain international exposure across brands, markets and cross-functional teams.

• Own and deliver the Shopify development roadmap for our D2C webshops, driving consumer experience and commercial performance
• Develop and maintain high-performing, scalable Shopify themes with clean architecture
• Translate UX/UI concepts into conversion-focused implementations
• Build advanced front-end functionality using JavaScript (dynamic pricing, bundles, subscriptions, filtering, cart logic)
• Implement and optimise CRO initiatives including product bundles, tiered discounts, upsells and personalised landing pages
• Develop custom cart and checkout logic using Shopify Scripts, Functions and Admin APIs
• Integrate third-party tools (subscriptions, quiz funnels, personalisation engines)
• Optimise site performance, technical SEO and accessibility (WCAG) within Shopify environments
• Partner closely with brand, marketing, e-commerce and sales teams to rapidly test, learn and scale
• Use data and performance insights to continuously improve conversion, AOV and overall commercial KPIs

• Deep hands-on experience with Shopify development in a D2C or e-commerce environment
• Strong understanding of the D2C ecosystem, marketplaces and Shopify tools
• Proven track record of driving measurable commercial results (CRO, performance optimisation, revenue growth)
• Strong technical skills in Liquid, JavaScript, metafields, localisation and multi-market setups
• Experience working in fast-moving environments such as FMCG, retail or high-growth scale-ups
• Data-driven mindset with strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI is a plus
• Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and operational execution
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent in English
