The Role:
We’re seeking a hands-on, adaptable CMS Delivery Manager / Digital Producer to scope and deliver a CMS that will support the high quality delivery of live content to a global audience through a first of its kind immersive media platform.
The role will require strong planning and organisational skills to coordinate a dynamic specialist team in defining scope, identifying risks and ensuring the delivery is managed smoothly within a fast moving dynamic environment.
As a Delivery Manager, you will work closely with the Delivery Lead and you will work cross-functionally with Product Lead, Design Lead, Technical Lead, to ensure alignment, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive delivery excellence.

What You’ll Do:
- Delivery and Project Management: Plan and manage CMS development. Track and manage dependencies across backend, product, design, and operations. Maintain a risk register and ensure mitigation plans are in place. Track and manage blockers impacting delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with delivery, product, design, and engineering leads to align on goals, priorities, timelines, as well as client and external partners to ensure alignment and clear communication regarding event status and issue resolution.
- End-to-end Delivery Ownership: Lead the delivery of initiatives from inception through launch.
- Drive Sprint Planning, standups, and reviews to maintain momentum
- Maintain JIRA so it's clean, current, and useful- helping the team stay on track without overprocessing.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify delivery risks and inter-team dependencies, and lead efforts to mitigate them with clear communication and planning.
- Transparency & Reporting: Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring visibility into team progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Manages client expectations: in fast-moving environments, guiding feedback and decision-making efficiently.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience delivering Web/CMS projects including extensive testing cycles.
- Experience managing delivery across cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Identify blockers, manage risks, and maintain clear, proactive communication
- A passion for user experience, with a focus on delivering value
- Ability to respond in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Energy to help teams move quickly and stay focused
Nice to Have:
- Experience running or supporting live digital events, streaming workflows, or real-time media operations
- Experience working with live production companies
- Familiarity with video streaming technologies (not at engineer level, just understanding of the systems well enough to manage them):
- DASH, ingest pipelines, transcoding, cloud media services, CDNs
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS), monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus), as well as tracking (Jira) and documentation (Confluence). Bonus any exposure to Tiledmedia’s encoding platform.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and operational readiness
- Expertise in developing runbooks, SOPs, checklists, and operational workflows.
